1. Entries must be received via Tennis Link (Tournament ID: 257211508) by Friday, April 18, 2008 11:59 PM (Mountain Time).

2. Tournament will be governed by the USTA with the honor code of ethics enforced.

3. Players are responsible for obtaining their match times.

4. Players must check in at the tournament desk 15 minutes prior to their match time. The 15 minute default rule will be in effect.

5. Players must have a current USTA membership. To become a new member or to renew your membership, call (800) 990-8782 or visit www.usta.com.

6. No fees will be refunded after the draws are made or in case of default.

7. All matches will be best of 3 sets, with a set tiebreak at 6 games all. (Tournament committee may modify scoring due to inclement weather or time constraints.)

8. All matches at CU South Campus unless there is inclement weather, darkness or a scheduling challenge.

9. 3rd Set Ball Change Policy: New balls will be given for the 3rd set of the Open Division matches only.

For seeding purposes, please attach competitive records for you and your partner. Include state, sectional, and national ranking plus your wins and losses since last year’s rankings.
