Schedule
· Registration opens: Monday February 25th 2007
· Entry Deadline: Friday, April 18, 2008 11:59 PM (Mountain Time)
· NEW FOR 2008 - We will be accepting online TennisLink registrations ONLY. There will be no mail in, phone, email or late entries. This is due to the heavy amount of work these entry types generate.
· Play begins on Saturday, April 26 at 8:00 AM and continues until dark.
· Due to the high chance of inclement weather at some time during our tournament, scheduling will be heavy on Saturday, April 26 and Sunday, April 27 to finish as many matches as possible before the shorter weekday sessions. Match times for Saturday and Sunday begin at 8am, and will finish around 7pm.
· Weekday matches begin at 4:00 PM sharp, in order to finish 2 rounds before dark, please be prompt. Weekday matches should finish sometime around 7pm.
Scheduling Requests
Given the size of Austin Scott tennis tournament, it is very difficult to accommodate scheduling requests. If you have an unavoidable conflict, please email the days/times you CANNOT play to vicepresident@bouldertennis.org. If your request is not possible, you will be removed from the tournament and your entry fee will be refunded. Out of respect to our tournament organizers and other players, please limit your requests.
Draws
