BTA ladder info

If you’re looking for challenging and fun singles tennis, look no further.  The BTA Ladder is here!  By joining the ladder, you’ll gain access to a ranked list of players that you can then challenge to a match.  Depending upon the match outcome, ranking points are awarded, and your rank will move up or down the ladder.  It is also a mixed ladder, meaning that Men and Women can play against each other.  The Ladder runs from Jan 1st to Sept 15th, and you can play as many or as few matches as you choose during that time.  At the end of the ladder season, Men and Women champions at each NTRP (2.5 – 4.5) rating will be recognized!

The Ladder is available to all BTA members 16 yrs of age or older. To join the ladder or for additional questions contact ladders@BoulderTennis.org. Once you have joined a ladder, you will be given a login ID and Tennis Enginepassword. You can then log into www.tennisengine.com to report scores, see ladder match results, and update your profile.

BTA ladder events

The BTA will be hosting Ladder events on several Sundays every month of the ladder season! These events are a great way to meet new players very close to your level.  And the more ladder players you know, the easier it will be to challenge them to a match!

What happens if???

What happens if you signed up for the event but have last minute plans? To be fair to your opponent, contact them and let him/her know that you can't make it. Keep the Ladder coordinator in the loop via the link for withdrawals provided in the Ladder event section.

Shoot! I am in the draw but my opponent withdrew.  If this happens to you, simply look at the 'wait listed' players for the event on the specific Ladder event section.  If you find someone that is suitable to challenge, contact the player and let the Ladder coordinator know either way i.e. I found a player or I need help finding a player.
